Access Period of Omaha has a similar belief to us in that self care is a basic human right not a luxury.  Access Period’s mission is to end period poverty in Nebraska. They serve anyone who needs access to free menstrual products through strategic partnerships with community organizations, schools, and free Access Points throughout Nebraska. 

They envision a Nebraska where our neighbors aren’t held back from participating fully in life because they lack access to affordable menstrual products. They operate from a place of abundance, providing more than enough in our 3-month period product kits. This creates opportunities to work, go to school, and have more worry-free days. 

We believe access to basic needs, including menstrual products, is a human right. The people we serve deserve to learn, work, rest, and achieve their goals without the barrier of period poverty. 

 Supported by generous donors in the United States and around the world, the Hadassah Medical Organization’s (HMO) two Jerusalem hospitals are innovative and compassionate global leaders in medical care, treatments and research serving more than a million women, men and children a year, regardless of religion, race or nationality. This opportunity will allow us to make a donation to the hospital to provide much needed supplies such as soap in the war torn regions of the Middle East.
